Before using any service provided by Best Sheba, we strongly request you to read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By purchasing or using any of our services, you must agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy & User Information

Best Sheba is the sole owner of the information collected on websites operated by us. We collect user information at different points on our website.

To use our services, users are required to complete a registration form where basic contact details are collected, such as:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

This information is used to communicate with users regarding our services.

In certain situations, users may be required to submit additional identification documents such as National ID (NID) or other valid documents. These situations include:

  1. Changing the registered email or other account information
  2. Account verification purposes
  3. Domain or hosting suspension for any reason
  4. BDIX-related services

All submitted information will be kept strictly confidential by Best Sheba. However, if a user violates our Terms & Conditions and legal action becomes necessary, Best Sheba reserves the right to use user information for lawful legal procedures.

Product / Service Delivery Timeline

  1. Instant Delivery Services:
    • Facebook Ads
    • Hosting Services
    • POS Software
  2. These services are generally delivered instantly. In case of technical or payment-related issues, activation may take 5 to 60 minutes.
  3. Other Services:
    • Graphic Design
    • Video Editing
  4. Delivery time ranges from 1 hour to a maximum of 72 hours, depending on project complexity.
  5. If a payment is completed via a payment gateway but the invoice status shows "UNPAID", users must contact the support team with payment details. Best Sheba will resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Policy

  1. Facebook Ads
    • No refund is provided once a campaign is running.
    • Refunds may be considered if campaigns are repeatedly rejected or remain inactive for a long time due to technical issues.
  2. Shared Hosting
    • Eligible for refund within 7 days if any valid issue is reported.
    • Refund requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
  3. Domain Registration & Transfer
    Once a domain is registered or a transfer is initiated, it is non-refundable.
  4. VPS Server
    Completely non-refundable.
  5. Reseller Hosting
    Non-refundable.
  6. If a service is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.
  7. Funds added to a client account are non-refundable but can be used to purchase any service.
  8. No refund is applicable after service renewal.
  9. Downgrading a service does not qualify for any refund or credit.
  10. Cancellation requests submitted outside the Client Portal will not be accepted.
  11. Once a cancellation request is submitted, the service cannot be reactivated. A new package must be purchased.
  12. After submitting a cancellation request, users must open a billing support ticket.

Refund processing time: 1 to 7 days, depending on the payment gateway. Gateway charges, sending charges, or cash-out fees will be deducted.

Note: If users choose to receive the refund as account credit, it will be processed within 1 minute to 1 hour. This must be clearly mentioned in the support ticket.

For Website, Software and Mobile Application services, 24/7/365 paid support is available.

Important Notes:

  • Technical support is not provided via Live Chat, Call Center, or Facebook Messenger. For technical assistance, users must open a support ticket.
  • Support ticket response time: 5 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Live chat may be unavailable on special holidays or due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Call support is treated as low priority, so delays in call responses may occur.
